Our goal is to stay on track throughout the holiday season and still be able to ENJOY this magical time of year. But that mean you can't focus on your nutrition and exercise program during this busy season.
With Thanksgiving this week, many of us are looking forward to the food on Thursday.
The casseroles, the stuffing, the drinks, the pies....Oh the list can go on, right? The first step to staying on track begins TODAY!
Keep those starchy carbs low Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday AND Friday this week!
This allows you to enjoy those foods you love on Thursday (always in moderation, of course!).

I know schedules get busy and calendars fill up quickly, but get in those workouts! Make an event on your calendar to workout at home or head to the gym...make it a non-negotiable!

Thursday morning, while your food is in the oven take 20-30 minutes to move your body. This week, focus on keeping your heart rate up and work in several HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts!
Give this awesome HIIT workout a try!
Complete 20 reps of each exercise. No rest in between each exercise and then rest 1 minute at the end of each circuit after completing all six exercises.
